Rode my bicycle to turn over 1,500 pcs of Upsilon Sigma Phi Mosquito Patches to Police Captain Dick Latogan and Police Executive Master Sergeant Dionisio Abibico of the Bugias Municipal Police Station. With the help of the local barangay, we were able to identify dengue areas that need them.
